Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). Ended up scheduling an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. He was here on the dot and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed not only that, but helped my husband get other things restarted as well (water filter and hot water heater) before he left. "We had banging & whistling noise from steam radiator pipes and the very old (but good) oil boiler during very cold days. He diagnosed what needed to be done. It was a serious amount of work, replacing a very old, badly corroded pipes and regular cleaning of the boiler. We could have had serious flooding if this had not been noticed and replaced it. Unlike other person's diagnosis, he knew exactly what needed to be done. It took three days to finish everything. He was very professional, experienced and very thorough and we are so relieved to have oil boiler /steam radiator running smoothly. Keeping an old house is an on-going job and it was so nice to have someone work very professionally. He offered warranty as well, so we know he is there for us should there be any issues. "This company is wonderful. The guys who came out when I had an emergency are seriously knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional. They came out in the snow, within a couple of hours of my calling them, and replaced a busted water heater by that evening we had hot water for showers. I live in a newer house and I'm not knowledgeable about how things work and they stepped me through what I should look out for and also what I should do if we have another emergency. I'm blown away by how they were able to replace the water heater in one day. This included purchasing it and picking it up and installing it. Plus, they also got to the root of the problem that had caused other costly repairs and replacements for me which was a faulty water pressure gauge that was installed by the builders. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."
