"Handy Carpentry was referred to me by Angie’s list. I contacted the company and arranged for Nixon to come to review the work needed. Heavy wooden double folding closet doors had come off the track because hardware had broken through the wood. He said he could fix the problem. Nixon came back on schedule and the work was completed using the existing hardware. The doors were set back into the track. I was very pleased to have them working just as they did before the problem occurred. I would use Economy Handy Carpentry again and am glad to give them a “job well done” recommendation. M.P. "Rafael was great - he fixed our front door knob and lock, replaced another door handle, and our towel bar. He worked us into his busy schedule and came by on a day that was best for me. Rafael picked up parts he needed at Home Depot after assessing what we needed, and efficiently completed all three jobs."

"I had two patio sliding doors removed and replaced & due to the existing openings, there was a lot more work involved to make new doors fit. It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Everyone worked non-stop and were delightful, respectful of property and very easy to welcome into my home. Nixon is on site, very experienced, and I appreciated his guidance in choosing new materials. He gave choices, explanations & prices on the new trim so I could stay on budget. The doors and new trim inside and out look fabulous because of the high quality workmanship of Nixon and his crew. I will be calling Nixon for any future projects!"

"Installing a new range hood to replace an over the range microwave seemed trivial, but like any project there were wrinkles. Ronald and Alex provided options and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything after, and even cleaned the grease around the duct work. They replaced existing metal tape so the duct work was as good as new (and cleaned inside). Professional, courteous, thorough, and hard working..."
