"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house. They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Roofing repair & replacement, roof came out great!"

"Hired for a roof leak spring 2023. Before I moved in, a previous roof installation by a different contractor had left a corner of plywood loose and it was warping upward. Robert was able to repair it and did so in a timely manner without pushing any unnecessary work. I highly recommend!"

The crew came a couple days later right at the time they said, the repairs are great quality, and everyone we interacted with was polite and kind. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them for a bigger job in the future!"

"Great job, amazing roofers and coordination."

"Shawn is amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. He answered every phone call and every text. Shawn and his company talked us all the way through the process of getting a new roof. From start to finish, Shawn photographed the problems of the existing roof and told us what he was going to do to fix it and what products would be used. He told us exactly what he was going to do, what it would cost and how long the job would take. Materials were delivered the day before the job. He said he could do it in one day. And it took one day. I watched the mess ripping an old roof off did to my yard. I watched the amazing clean up after the job was done. You couldn't find a scrap of roofing material or a nail anywhere. It was incredible to watch. I would highly recommend Shawn and his company SJM Roofing to anyone needing a roof or roof repair."
