"I am now a fan of The Water Specialist. I am a property manager and one of my tenants complained that the grinder pump siren was continually going off. I called several places who either never called me back or couldn't come out right away. It was a weekend and I spoke with Ryan at The Water Specialist who was so incredibly helpful. We were calling/texting back and forth throughout the day and he was trying to get someone out right away to pump the well. It took a little too long for me to get a hold of the owner and I missed the opportunity so we used another vendor to pump the well. But I got an estimate to replace the grinder pump from both vendors and I was happy that The Water Specialist came in just a bit lower so we went ahead and had them replace it that week. I really wanted to give them the business since Ryan spent so much time helping me for free. They called around and found the most reasonable prices for the job. When the owner gave me an estimate, everything was itemized just as I asked so I could understand what was being spent. MGT Enterprise was very responsive and gave me their professional opinions and described how they would perform all the work when they gave me a quote. Whenever I had questions, they immediately had answers even if I thought they were ridiculous, they never made me feel like I didnt know anything. They were very prompt with job timing and kept me informed through the whole process. They would not leave the job until I came out and they made sure I was 100% satisfied. "Mohammed arrived on time and begin to work on demoing 2 large concrete slabs which were damaged from the tree roots and us driving over the lifted area. He then was able to saw cut two areas where I had additional lifting and cracks. He also set all the forms for the new concrete for the new patio off the deck. Just as he was finishing this the concrete truck arrived to pour. the finished product looks great. He did a great job matching the existing driveway form. I will definitely call Mohammed for my next concrete job!
