Overall cost was $399, plus i purchased all tile, grout and mastic. I was supposed to receive $80 credit back for tile purchase from the $399 they charged me for the job thru Angies List. After asking repeatedly and receiving assurance that I would get it, it obviously never showed up. Their address on Meridian St is a front. Nobody is ever there. I quit wasting my time asking."

"Information I passed along to office was not passed along to the gentleman doing the repairs. He arrived without fully understanding what he was fixing and without the materials to do the repairs. He was going to leave to go to Lowe's to get wood and flashing on my time. We had plenty of wood scraps for the jobs as well as flashing. I had him use my wood and flashing to complete the work. He was also a very slow mover. I didn't expect him to run, but you could tell Mr. Handyman charged by the minute! It took him 20 minutes sitting in his truck to write up the final paperwork."
