"Richard brought a friend to help with the work. They arrived at the time promised each day and worked diligently until they got the job done. Repairs included screwing down loose boards, repairing flower boxes and caps, and replacing a small section of siding. Excellent work. They even stained the skirting around the deck, which was over and above our original agreement. Price was good considering the quality of work and the extra work performed. <br /> One reason we chose to use Richard was because he was able to repair the lintel over our garage door without replacing all the trim boards. Other handymen had told us that the trim on the sides would have to be replaced in addition to the piece across the top. Richard was able to repair just the parts that were rotten.
