Rick was kind, informative, and able to provide a very fair quote price for the work to be done. Once the ordered parts arrived, Rick was able to schedule a date for the work to.be done, and was able to skillfully and considerately replace all 3 sets of doors by himself in one one visit in less than 6 hours. Rick seems to care a great deal about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. "I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Had a broken sliding exterior glass door that needed replacing. A rock shattered the outside pane and the entire thing needed replacing. Mike came to the house and provided a free estimate along with a recommendation for the best replacement options. We scheduled an installation date and the work was completed in the morning. The installers removed the old doors and put the new ones in place without any major issues. I had just replaced the carpeting and they were careful to protect the flooring and clean up everything after. Now the walk out basement doors never looked better. I'm very pleased and happy with the service."
