"I had initially gotten a quote for the purchase and installation of my 22KW Generac generator from an electrician. He suggested contacting a Generac dealer to purchase and install my generator. Since I would have to contact a dealer if I had a problem with my generator after installation anyway, it seemed like a good idea. I got a quote from Trinity Generators which was substantially less than my previous quote. Getting the generator from Trinity was an easy choice. They did an outstanding job of installing the generator. Trinity handled all the paperwork and permits all the way to the final inspection of the installation. Trinity sent 4 technicians to install the generator. They started at 9am and finished right after lunch. The installation was fast and neat. They treated the installation as if my home was theirs. They removed all packing material and trash and left my home just as it was before they were there. I couldnâ t be more satisfied and happy with my decision to have them add a generator to my home. 5 Stars!!!!"

"This was our second time having Glenn out to perform work. We had another contractor doing flooring installation and Glenn was going to have to turn the power off a couple times which would not have been convenient for the flooring people. We really appreciated Glenn being flexible and him willing to reschedule to the next day. Again, he was prompt and had all the materials needed to do the work. He was conscientious about code and load amounts when installing the emergency panel for our portable generator. He was very clean and neat with any mess he made while installing the outlets and ceiling fan. The fan was in our master bedroom and he laid a clean tarp over the bed and carpet before he started. The small holes he made to install the ceiling fan were patched with spackle and are not even noticeable. He even reviewed with us how to operate the fan/light and change the bulbs. Glenn is very personable and profession and very considerate of our home and property. We are very happy to recommend him to our neighbors and friends."

"Anthony D. and his protege were prompt, efficient and extremely courteous. They fixed my blown outlet, confirmed power to an appliance that a different repair person said had no electricity, and checked the electrical panel. They then went beyond and wrote a note to satisfy my home warranty company's request so that another repair person could come out. "Lo-Ann called me as soon as my request went through on Home Advisor. We had some knob and tube wiring on the second floor and attic. Wayne, one of the electricians, came out to map the home out. This was a $325 service that was credited back to your account if you use them to make repairs. I highly recommend the service. Wayne mapped out every outlet and switch in the house. He then knew how every circuit was wired and how to fix them once the knob and tube was removed. The mapping took about 3 hours one morning and the knob and tube remediation took about 6 hours. We feel a lot safer now that this job is complete. Lo-Ann is great and she was in contact with me frequently via text and e-mail. There price for the job, I felt, was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again."
