The first part of my experience was meeting with Darrel Walker and going through his thorough inspection of my roof and over my options of repairing vs replacing. I asked a ton of questions and received all the information I needed to make my decision. The process was informative and stress free. The second part of my experience was the roof replacement process. I really appreciated the constant communication from the project manager, Jose Vargas. Jose was able to keep me up to date on the progress of the project and walk me through the work done afterward. I also received messages from the office project team with updates on material deliveries and repair dates. Going through any major home repair or replacement can be a very stressful task. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"They came out and took measurements then they removed the stained sealing tiles. Then drove to Lowe's to get the material to do the job. They completed the work in record time. I am very happy with the work. They were able to use the original molding."

"roofing was completed on time, was very messy and parts of the roof had humps in it.. contractor failed to correct the problem and blamed it on the builder... totally unacceptable, the quality manager was very rude and unprofessional with no PEOPLE skills. <br /> <br />  Siding at the second property took too long and the trim didn't look professionally done. had to call them out to bring back some siding as a back up. <br /> at Both locations they took back all the shingles and siding my insurance company paid for ,they should leave all that behind unless asked."
