"All of the work was done professionally and with a great deal of care. All of the workers were prompt and very hard working. When we had questions or concerns, Higgins was there to listen and adjust the plan to meet our concerns. We had some damaged wood that was in need of repair and they took care of that for us. We were also provided some other recommendations to make sure that areas were sealed properly, and they took care of those areas for us. Lastly, their suggestions for painting certain trim work and gutters different colors, really did a number for bringing the whole look together. The whole time, they were committed to making sure that we were happy with the work being done, and that was very comforting to know. "Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!

"Our old house on the Northside of Pittsburgh was in need of an exterior facelift and a new front porch to replace the one that had collapsed. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."

"Marvin did a great job painting our entire interior (walls and ceilings for 3BR ranch, excluding the laundry room and closets) at a reasonable price. The quality of his work was very good -- even though our house was brand new, the builder's paint job was mediocre. Marvin sanded and patched areas, including the drywalled garage, and dealt with the flat paint that was originally used. It sucked up the new paint like crazy, but now there is such a nice light sheen on smooth walls everywhere. He was professional at all times, worked quietly (a plus since we work from home) and cleaned up after every visit. Our job required a little more than a week's worth of work, so as an individual contractor on a few occasions Marvin had to reschedule or change his start time. If you have the flexibility, though, it was well worth any schedule adjustments."
