"Santiago was extremely responsive from receiving the initial estimate to completion of the job.  He performs the work himself with his crew, was always prompt, and completed the job within the time frame that he had estimated.  It was obvious that he takes great pride in the work he performs.  He was able to match the existing color of the house perfectly when I didn't have the existing paint can.  At the end of every day he completely cleaned up the grounds.  He went above and beyond by replacing a wooden door sill before painting it,  and painted the garage doors which was not part of the estimate (because he noticed they were in rough shape and needed it).  I would highly recommend Santiago for any painting job. <br />"

"We had used Always Perfect to clean the windows in our home in March and were very pleased with the work they did. This time we hired them to repair/replace some split boards on our two decks and walkways. We also had them power wash, stain the decks and walkways and replace and paint some wood around the garage door. They also replaced the landing in front of the gazebo with new wood. Tom and his team of Josh and Timmy were fantastic. They arrived on time, did what they said they would do (plus more), and left the worksite clean. We have 22 brand new windows and was unnecessarily worried about spattered paint but all windows taped and covered and not a spot on them. </p> <p>I only have one critique that I wanted to mention.  With the work necessary on the house and peeling paint and some rotted boards, there wasn't much scraping done. It was written as minimal scraping in the contract but I wasn't specific on the areas that should be scraped and pillars on front of house, that could have been scraped because they were obviously peeling (and on the front of the house), were just painted over. But the house looks good, and hope it gives us at least 10 years with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams.</p> <p><br /></p>"
