I was not made aware ahead of time that the crew would need to bring a heavy-duty bucket truck through my backyard to do the work. As a result, some deep tire tracks and depressions were left on my lawn. In addition, the crew left beind several small branches. Thus, I could only give them 4 stars."

"I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."

"Kim Poulin came out for the initial conversation to understand our project. Ron Poulin then came out for the technical and creative discussion. Ron is knowledgeable, detailed, and proud of his work. His work ethic is impeccable. He wants his customers to be happy and goes above and beyond to achieve that. The following are examples: 1. The gap between the door from the garage and the pavers was excessive so Ron put in a beautiful stone step to match at no additional cost because we had not discussed it. 2. We were away when they finished the project. When we returned we had a severe storm that washed away a lot of the fresh mulch. When he called to see how things were I mentioned this and he offered to replace the washed away mulch at no cost. Through the entire project he worked with us as far as scheduling and modifying our project. The crew and Ron arrived promptly every day and were there when I expected them to be. Communication is excellent via email or cell phone. The price for the work performed was very fair. I interviewed 3 companies, one was $6000 more and Picture Perfect and the other company were about equal. <br /> The sidewalks are truly beautiful and we just love the way everything looks. We so enjoyed working with Ron and the crew from Picture Perfect Landscaping that we would recommend them to anyone who asks. In fact the old pavers we removed in the back of our house are my neighbors' new patio, and Ron and crew installed them. We look forward to our working with Picture Perfect again in the future. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"This winter was the first time we used K&L for snow removal for our driveway.  Mark was courteous, responsive and did an excellent job.  He charged one fee per winter snowstorm even if he had to come more than once per storm to clear the driveway.  He came out whenever there was more than 2 inches of snow per storm- which meant quite a bit of plowing for this winter but he didn't come out when there was just a dusting of snow.  He was very punctual and did a good job when we called him to ask if he would clear the snow from our mailbox as our mailbox was buried in snow.   We recommend K&L Landscaping.    <br />"

"The firewood was good quality, all hardwood, and a full two chords (not shorted).  The wood was a little green, but burned fine in my wood stove after seasoning all summer.  The price was good, and the delivery was punctual.  I will call them again for my next load. <br />"

"I'm not very happy about that. They washed the siding themselves. After they left, there were strips of wax on the windows. Price was okay. They should have some precautions or after work, they should clean up and make sure the windows are clean and not just the sidings."
