"Would highly recommend this service! We had our air ducts cleaned on the home we just purchased. They cleaned 8 years worth of dust and dog hair!! What a relief! Scheduling was a breeze, they were on time, extremely friendly and very meticulous and professional. They even printed before and after photos so we could see the benefit! "<p>Apparently, and unbeknownst to us, a bird has been building a nest every year in our dryer vent duct. Roy explained that lint was backed up through the whole tube all the way to the dryer, even though the lint is removed inside the dryer by an appliance service company every year. We only realized it was a problem when suddenly it was taking way too long to get the clothes to dry.</p> <p>Roy removed the nest, cleaned the vent duct and put on a new bird-proof cover. He also pointed out that the rubber tubes leading from the washer and dryer to the wall and gas outlets need to be replaced every 5 years. He replaced our 14 year old tubes with metal mesh tubes that never need to be replaced.</p> <p>Then he kindly removed another bird's nest over our fireplace vent.</p> <p>Roy was very courteous, friendly and professional. Dryer Vent Wizards will send me a reminder every 18 months to let me know it is time for a dryer vent cleaning. Nice to not to have one more thing to try to remember. Dryer Vent Wizards were refreshingly professional from the initial phone call making an appointment to the finished job. Roy left the house clean and tidy. I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends.</p>"

"We recently moved to the area and bought a 10 year old house. One of the first things we wanted to do was get the ducts cleaned so we could give ourselves a fresh clean start in our new house. After considering several service providers, we settled on Well House and gave them a call. Everyone, from the woman who set up the appointment to the two guys who came too the house, were thoroughly pleasant, professional, and clearly wanted to make our experience with them the best it could possibly be. The technicians were right on time, got right to work, and were done in under two hours. "The Puro Clean team really provided the best customer service possible in a pretty stressful situation. We had our entire finished basement flooded with water after the sump pump stopped working. In addition to that, we had a 2 week old baby and prescehooler with a significant mold allergy to worry about. We knew we had to get the water out as soon as possible. The Puro Clean team came out within a half hour of calling and started working on tearing out the basement right away. They took out 4 layers of subflooring + carpet, moved furniture, cleaned all areas and completely dried out the basement and sprayed for mold in 2 days. The owner, Dan, was incredibly compassionate and helpful in working with us to keep the cost low, especially because insurance was not able to cover all damage.
