I understand that if it was just a $200 job, then it would not be worth the time, but $2,500 was no chump change. Couldn't I ask just a couple more questions to make sure I knew what I was getting into? Maplewood plumbing was different, from start to finish. They even came out a second time to take a closer look to reassure me on what needed to be moved or removed first in order to start their work. I doubt many companies would want to do that. The plumbers working on the job were happy to answer questions as well. There was a small drip in the water supply line/shutoff valve area of the toilet after they were done with the job, They fixed it after a call. Some companies just leave these loose ends unfixed, but they didn't. The office staff was also responsive and professional. All in all, they were such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely hire them for future plumbing needs."
