"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."

"<p>Savatree is a large company and their Danbury, Ct. office serves the Putnam county area. Mr. John Haggerty is a Arborist and was the initial man on site. The two trees are close to the house and I was prepared for the verdict of cutting them down. However, after inspecting both trees, John saw no need to cut them down and suggested that a pruning, cutting to balance and cabling were all that was necessary. These are two huge and beautiful trees and I was glad to hear that. Also, the job became much less expensive than cutting them down. The quote was exactly what the job was done for. A work order was emailed to me for approval. Once approved, the job was scheduled promptly. The work crew arrived on time and completed the job with speed and professionalism. John was there to start the job and arrived immediately after the job to check out everything. The job site was totally cleaned and all debris removed.
