The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. "Project: Install Synthetic Grass for Landscaping, We recently used CP Lee United Turf to replace the lawn next to our sidewalk. This area is 100 feet long across the front of our property. Over the years it had become an eyesore, several large and old beautiful trees made it impossible for grass to grow. "Kenny and his team did an overall good job with what we were looking for. It was helpful that he provided a detailed budget for what needed to be done. We were initially hoping for some kind of catalogue or pictures of previous work to specifically select what we wanted in terms of shrubs in the front yard but since he didn't have any, we trusted what he recommended, which in the end turned out fine. We asked for belgian blocks for part of our lawn's edges, as well as dark wood color, treated wooden blocks for a section of the front to replace the old ones that were there. We only became aware after they were installed that they weren't the color we wanted because it would need to wait a year before it could be painted. After the job was completed we asked if he could take care of our regular maintenance every couple of weeks once the spring season started, as we were looking to change the company we had been using, but unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations."

"Roy's crew arrived when they were supposed to, removed the old patio, and poured the concrete for both areas which are next to each other. They had to temporarily remove a chain link fence to get the equipment in to remove the concrete. Did the whole job over two days and then replaced the fence and seeded areas of the grass that needed it. The crew and the foreman Joe, worked efficiently and were professional in manner. I would not hesitate to call Roy again if I needed concrete work."

"After the central office remedied the slight scheduling snafu, we were off to the races. The 2 workers, "R" and "L", were awesome! So professional, helpful and polite. They listened to what I needed and completed the work ahead of time! In fact, I had to find more work around the yard for them to do. So in addition, they also laid down landscaping fabric, did some weed-whacking around the perimeter of the yard and added the 4 bags of garden soil to my fall garden area - one of those chores we 'meant to get to', but with the stifling heat and humidity, we kept putting it off!
