"Carpets were cleaned in three bedrooms and living room area.  The technician was very prompt and polite.  I asked in advance how long the job would take and how long the carpets would take to dry.  The job was completed in less time than they projected (which always worries me a little).  They told me it would take 3-4 hours to dry.  However, the carpet was still too wet to walk on 12 hours later and there were still some damp spots 24 hours later.  Our carpet is a little thick, but nothing out of the ordinary.  They were not able to remove any stains, but I wasn't really expecting that much for the price.  My purpose was to get the carpets freshened up a little. <br />"

He asked if I experienced any uncomfortableness with the workers, based on my lower grade for professionalism. I said no, my irritation at the charge for removing the logs colored my rating for the overall, price, quality and professionalism ratings. Based on his responsiveness in checking to ensure the work was done properly and refund of unexpected charge, I would hire again, and recommend him to others."
