Fastforward 2022, RS came back to work on redoing the bricks on back patio. Just as before, quality is great, price point is good and time estimate accurate. However, I do feel that I was overcharged for the work and would definitely recommend negotiating (and getting a 2nd opinion). "initially, Mr. Ali was very responsive and provided a quote over the phone. I needed to repair a pitch issue for my walkway. He gave me a good price and was working with him to schedule a good date. After setting the date, I was informed that our streets were being paved and there would be no access. Called Mr. Ali right away and he suggested I call back when the streets were done. When I called last week, He stated he was busy and would call back. When I did not hear back, I again called Mr. Ali 3 days later. Again reminded him of our conversation and he asked if he could call me back in 15 minutes, as he was eating lunch. Well, that was several days ago and I am extremely disappointed. In our last conversation, I even mentioned other work that I was looking to do, but I guess my business is not important to you or your company. There are plenty of companies that want my business and I cannot recommend this company"
