His over 40 years experience was evident in his responses to my many questions I posed with the issues that were problematic with my lawn. Specifically, a grassy weed QUACKGRASS that had invaded my lawn. Frank agreed to come over to my house a few days later to review the work that needed to be done. He took measurements and discussed the scope of work. The ground had to be graded, compost and fertilizer applied with the requested Bluegrass sod blend. Frank submitted by email a project proposal with the estimated cost which I agreed to. The rain delayed the cutting and delivery of the sod. When the sod was delivered he and his crew were fantastic.
