From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! The pictures of the patio says it all and they don't even give it justice the work that was put into it! I want to add that others have added concrete onto their driveways in my neighborhood, but ours is the only one that matches our driveway perfectly in color and texture! In my youth I did concrete work for a general contractor, and this kind of work is very, very hard work and they made it look easy! "I was a little hesitant at first because this is a small company. I got 3 estimates before making a decision and after meeting with Rob, I was convinced that he was the real deal. I ask a lot of questions. I found out that he received his concrete from the same company that the bigger companies do but doesn't up charge as much as they do. And being a smaller company, he has less overhead to deal with. When I contacted the other companies, I talked to a secretary. They contacted a salesman who came out and gave me an estimate and said another crew would do the work. And I had to wait for another person in the area with a small job so they can make more money when ordering the concrete. When I called this company, Rob answered the phone. Rob showed up the next day and gave me an estimate. 3 Days later (on a Monday), Rob and his crew were at my home doing the job. Now, having said all that, He did exactly the same job the bigger companies would've done but the price was much more reasonable. Oh, and he gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member.
