"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. I called HelloTech for help. They were very understanding of my need for a very complete and fast repair. They were very prompt, diagnosed the issues with my computer, then gave me options on how it could be repaired and modified to accommodate my needs, along with price quotes for each option. Very professional, we worked out a plan that fixed every issue that I had. I am more than happy with my "new" laptop and I would most definitely hire them again!"

"Decksperts showed up a week earlier than promised and removed existing deck in short order. <br /> <br /> They then began pouring new footings and construction of the new composite deck. <br /> <br /> The color of the deck and trim match well with existing siding. <br /> <br /> They also acted as a general contractor and helped us work with Set in Concrete [a concrete contractor in East Longmeadow] who laid out a beautiful concrete patio which joins up with the deck. <br /> <br /> All in all Duane from Decksperts made this an easy experience, we got what he promised us and we'll enjoy our deck for years to come."

"We were very happy with them. They did a lovely job. We had long requirements just a little box and they did that beautifully. I was very pleased. They were great. The husband does takes care of managing the crew and all the technical staff but whenever you call you leave a message with the wife and she makes sure you'll get answers right away, there's immediate follow-up and that's a good formula. This is a good team; it works well."

"We met with Rick to go over what we wanted done. He was very pleasant and described in detail what the job entailed and what work would be done. He was also very patient as my husband and I picked out the paving stones we wanted during his second visit, and gave us his professional opinion of what would work with our home. He provided a couple different estimates so that we could choose exactly what work we wanted done to fit our budget. RJM's estimate was well below another company's estimate for the same job. Rick's team arrived on time each day and finished the work in about a week, though it was about a day more than estimated. They were very courteous and nice, and never complained about working in the summer heat. The total cost of the job was the same as the estimate, and the result was beautiful. All of our neighbors have complemented the new walkway. The only thing I wish would have been better is the grass they planted to replace what was dug up in our front yard hasn't grown in very well, and the quality of the grass is not very nice. We needed to re-seed it ourselves."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"The price was a little high, but they were able to do the work on my timeline, which made the extra $200-300 worth it for the service and responsiveness they provided. I will definitely be using them again in the future. <br /> They did a great job, and the lawn has come in better than I could have expected. <br /> They did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be using them for outdoor projects in the future"

"We had Hartley Borthers come out to do an estimate in the middle of Aug, they said they would get it to us in writing in a week and we got it about two weeks later. At that time they estimated the project would take 3-4 weeks and that they could start right away. Their proposal added some interesting touches, better lighting, larger bar, nice fire pit, and more paver area. Of the 3 proposals we got Hartley offered the most for a bit less money. <br /> Hartley ended up starting around the 4th of Sept. At that time I told them to book the plumber and book the electrian since I didn't want to have to worry about scheduling them to be there when Hartley needed them. Work moved quickly at first and they held to the agreed upon payment schedule with few issues. The work was good quality and things were going well. <br /> Then the issues started. They conitnued to not get a plumber out to the job and they kept holding off on bringing in the electrician. There was absolutley no reason the electrician could not have been out there in the first week to tap in to our electrical system and run it outside but he wasn't brought in till the end. Finally I had to hire a plumber myself since Hartley could not get someone to the job. <br /> They also screwed up the math on the final counter and bar heights in relationship to the pavers. The countertop has 3-4 inches too low and so was the bar height. This is critical when buying chairs and stools. This all had to be corrected after the fact hurting some of the work and design IMO. <br /> This all brings us to two things, time and money. About 9 weeks in to the job, yes you read that right 9 weeks in to a and quot;3-4 weekand quot; job, and they weren't finished yet they started to press me for final payment. The contract clearly stated no final payment until the job was done and there were still 5-10 parts that needed to be finished. They told me they had bills they had to pay, insurance they needed to pay, and payroll they needed to make. I told him I will put that check in your hand the second you finish just like the contract says and you are NOT finished. This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine from builders of all types. All to often they take money from their next job to cover their current job. If you end up being the last job of the season like we were or they hit a slow patch during your job their cash flow goes to $0 and they can't finish the job. <br /> At this point they started to rush to get things done as they needed payment. Part of the job included removing some rocks, a rock wall and bobcat work. This job was rushed and poorly done. A large rock that was supposed to be covered is no sticking through the dirt and needs to be fixed. The seeding ended up being to late to grow and we were left with a bad impression of the whole job. <br /> 11 weeks after the first payment was made and 13 weeks after they came out to look at the yard our and quot;3-4 weeksand quot; project was done. It was obvisous to us that they under priced the job, under estimated the time, and have company cash flow problems all leading to a very poor ending impression for us. <br /> It is too bad the good work was tainted by horrendous book keeping and business management, but sadly these tactics aren't uncommon in the building trade. <br />"
