"Our garage door got hung up and then "jumped off" it tracks. It was hanging half off the tracks and I was terrified it was going to fall or be damaged beyond repair... It was a huge mess! I called at 7:40 PM on a Friday night (of course it would happen on a Friday night!) and they gave me an appointment for the next morning at 10 AM. The technician, Joshua, was prompt and courteous and he did excellent work. He replaced the tension cables on each side of the door, put the door back on its tracks and lubricated all the moving parts. It now operates like a brand-new door -- super quiet and smooth. I am extremely impressed and SO glad I called this company!"

"We contacted several companies to replace the fence at our residence. Most did not answer the phone, return calls or were not willing to take on smaller projects. Forsythe Fence took our call and were quick to schedule a visit. Al was great to deal with, took all the measurements and wrote a quote while onsite. They had a backlog of work, but we were advised of this. We opted for full replacement of our ~130’ fence. The price included demo of the wood fence and also an old chain link fence. The new fence is 6’ cedar with cap & trim. They replaced all the supports and installed a new gate. The two person crew were nice guys and worked hard. They ran into a few obstacles but never complained and there were no added costs. We have a neighbor who has dogs, so they finished that side of the fence first. The fence is straight as an arrow with no flaws and they left the work site clean. After calling around, it was clear that these fence contractors are very busy (probably more so now after the hurricane). So, I appreciate their willingness to take on the project and great communication throughout. I expect this fence to last a long time! But if in need, I would use them again without question. They have our highest recommendation."

"Once we decided to hire them, they went right to work and had the gate operating like new in less than an hour. Both of the workman were diligent and wasted no time. I was really impressed. They even cut, re-welded, and (very thoughtfully) repainted an existing bracket that no longer fit because I rebuilt the fence. "We were very pleased with the results of this project beginning with the presentation at the time of the "free estimate" and would highly recommend this company. My calls were always returned within an hour and the representative was consistently cooperative, personable, and followed through on "making us happy"! One person completed this job and was awesome! He was considerate and very professional while working both inside and outside of our home . He noticed a couple of issues with the windows before installing them and replacements were ordered so that everything was done properly. We were really glad that he was so observant and detail oriented. The painter who painted the back door did an excellent job as well! He was very thorough and the door looks fantastic. <br />   There were a couple of minor issues that arose after this job was done, but when I called to discuss these, the representative had them taken care of the next day.  <br />   The windows have made a huge difference already in both the comfort and external noise levels as compared to the old windows.
