Aerial has very competitive rates and turnaround times on services including mortgage/title surveys for home transactions, ALTA surveys, property corner stakeouts, elevation certificates and more.
"I am lead to believe that all other rating are 100% fake. and the company is fake and fooling Angi. $295 and they did nothing. They don't call back. When trying to call them they do NOT answer. Never came to the property and stated they will contact us to let us know when they will be coming. never got that call. and check my security cameras and never saw them on video. i have posted proof of deposit and proof that i was told they will inform me when they were coming , but never came."
