He also offered to come back a week later to be sure I had all the information I needed to maintain the yard/plantings . I initially contracted with him for the work in early May but given the late spring time he said he would be delayed in getting to my work. However he told me about his time frame, and even called me once to be sure I knew that the rain delayed him a bit more (which I appreciated) .There are so many landscapers who don't call back, don't show up, and/or don't follow through once an estimate in done.
