"working with True North Roofing for my recent roof replacement, and they exceeded my expectations! The crew was prompt, skilled, and dedicated to doing a fantastic job. They completed the project efficiently and left my property clean. I highly recommend True North Roofing for anyone looking for reliable roofing services!"

"Job started a day later than scheduled due to their equipment being down. Job was originally scheduled for 5-7 days. Job actually took 2 weeks and salesman called into the third week saying the job was done. We have never had mold remediation done before and was selling our house. The explanation of how the job would go was vague at best. This is not a process we are familiar with having never been through it before. In the estimate there was a blanket statement of “any construction materials removed will not be replaced” (once again we were never explained anything about this process in regards to things being removed). Upon the job being completed the buyer noticed there was no mention of insulation replacement. We were 2 days from closing and had to hire someone to replace the insulation. The handyman hired to replace the insulation noticed other items had been removed by octagon. We were not left a list of items removed from the residence. I was just told by Matt Brown that “that’s why I gave you a referral of a weatherization company” for 8300$ one would think you might get a verbal explanation of items needing replacement or at least an itemized list. Hope we don’t need to go through this again because as Octagon will not be contacted again."

"Brandon’s roofing and construction company was immensely helpful with the inspection on my property. They were quick to get someone out to look at the home I was purchasing and at a time convenient to my realtor and I. Brandon acted professionally and considerately and was able to meet all my property needs. I have been happily living in this home a few months now and have Brandon to thank. Thank you Brandon’s roofing and construction!"

"They did a beautiful job. It is a good company to work with. I use them for all of the work I need around the house, inside and outside. I highly recommend them for all your needs."

"Gui was a delight to work with. He knows his business and provided me with an onsite quote to speed the start of work. I was really grateful to Gui and his team for double checking design elements with me, making corrections when needed, and for staying late to do thorough cleanup. Looking forward to having Gui and his team complete more work for us in the near future."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Great very punctual and caring overall fantastic have never hired a better crew will definitely hire them for all my home repairs they go about and beyond"

"They were able to provide a highly competitive painting bid on a lead certified job on short notice and reroof half my house at a spectacular price under their competitors.  The work was all done in very quick order between October 1st and when the snow flew, so that I could close on my house back in 2011.  Their ability to pull it together so fast was greatly appreciated.

I have also called them in the very early morning hours for an emergency roof repair when a storm did some damage and caused a leak, and they were there within the hour.  Not every company moves that fast, but they do."

"Danielle bent over backwards to assist us! I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them for other projects!"
