They came and removed the old door, installed the new one, cleaned up after and put the trash and old door at the curb. They were efficient and very well mannered! I was worry about the rod, because it was an older garage, and we couldn't find any remote controls. He gave us remote controls, and said it would line up. He was good with what he did. There was just one guy. I failed to put my dogs up. He did whatever it was in a short amount of time. He answered all the questions. Whatever it was for the price, he did great. Its still working. He walked me through the remote controls too. It was a Saturday, and it was a window of time for that particular time. He was there when he said he was going to be there."
