"It was raining and Gilbert called prior to the scheduled appointment to make sure I was ok with them working in the rain., which I had no problem with. They came and removed the old door, installed the new one, cleaned up after and put the trash and old door at the curb. They were efficient and very well mannered! Defined hiring them again to remove and replace my Front Door when ready! A+ service!"

"I was SO happy with the service & responsiveness of Jody & team at the Door Doctor! I had a very tight timeframe to get a dog door installed in my new home in Conroe before I left for a business trip. It was not a straightforward installation so I appreciated that the Door Doctor team provided with with cost & details for 2 different options. Jody re-arranged schedules to get my installation done that same week so that I'd have it in place not only before I left for my trip but so that I'd have time to train my dogs how to use it. "Everything was done very well. The painting took a few days because it was done by just one person. Painting the doors & trim requires the door to remain open for a few hours to dry, so I am glad there weren't any mosquitoes or extremely cold weather."
