"Simply put, a flawless process from beginning to end! When I experienced a hail storm on 01/07/23, the only thing I knew to do was contact my insurance company. I wasn't sure if I had damage or not since I wasn't climbing up on my roof. After getting an appointment with my adjustor, I knew I needed to contact a roofing company, but who? My late husband handled these type of situations and I wasn't sure who to trust doing business with. There were so many roofing company's in my little neighborhood the next day knocking on doors. I managed to avoid most all of them until I could figure out just what to do. Thank goodness for Paula, a co-worker and friend. She highly recommended Robert Coker, who has been a friend of hers for a long time. And Paula explained to me WHY she recommended Robert and Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration. I took the info Paula gave me, gave it much thought and decided to call Robert Coker. I reached his voicemail stating he was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week. I left a detailed message and did not expect a call back until the following week. It wasn't but an hour or two later, Robert called me back. I learned he was vacationing in Mexico. Unexpected and quite impressed at the quick return phone call. Robert told me he would be happy to help me. The adjuster and Robert Coker was at my house on time to do an inspection of my roof, detached garage and small shed in the back yard. He was very professional in communicating with the adjustor and me. After the inspection, Robert sat down with me and explained every single detail and the process. He provided written information on every aspect of the roofing process. And everything Robert told me went exactly as he stated. He handled every single thing. I couldn't believe it. From the paperwork, notifying me of the date of delivery of the materials to the date and time Rejuven8 Roofing would be starting the job. I must mention without fail, the team who put the new roof on my home, garage and shed today, did an outstanding job! They worked non-stop and in tandem! They did an awesome job and my new roof simply looks amazing! I love it! I am so pleased and happy that I chose Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration for this project. And without a doubt, i would highly, highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. Thanks a million, Robert, for doing what you said you were going to do and when you were going to do it. You made it happen. That's very rare these days. Perfection! Sincerly, Debra Marsh"

"The quote was within the range that was given by other professionals in our area. The time. Estimated for the job was accurate. The crew was professional"

"Encore Roofs replaced the roof on my home. They did an excellent job. Friendly customer service and quick quality work. Will use for any future roofing needs."

"I am the owner of a home with a steep, complicated roof which has many valleys/cuts/sections. The 17-yr old roof had been weakened after Hurricane Ike and new leaks appeared with even moderately strong storms - turning my roof into a patchwork quilt of repaired areas. Damage to my porch roof resulting from Hurricane Harvey was the last straw, it was clear that I needed to undertake an expensive roof replacement. Because of my roof's complexity, whomever I chose to replace my roof had to be highly skilled. I used Home Advisor ratings and reviews as a tool to help narrow the pool of candidates for my roof replacement to three contenders. AM Commercial Roofing (Alan Madsen) which had received a mean Home Advisor score of 4.9 did not disappoint. Even though Alan quoted the highest price amongst the contenders, he was willing to negotiate a cost reduction and was able to offer other changes that enabled me to acquire the best underlayment in the market. His bid also included a 50 yr CertainTeed transferable warranty, which also included a workmanship provision. These features relieve me of near to intermediate term roof worries. While Alan still had the highest bid, these changes more than offset the cost differences. My message is clear, the lowest bid is not always the best bid, cost should not be ones only consideration. Alan's crew was hard working and proficient, and they delivered a quality product in a job that took three and a half days to complete. I am completely satisfied with the bang I got for my buck."

"First let me state, work was done when we (My area) had just had some severe weather a lot of people had had Roof damage and such due to Hail. That said, my B Ratings on the Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism are all very much influenced by this, as everyone was getting work done, there were no less that 5 different groups in my subdivision alone, on any given day, and the owner of the company, Tony, voiced this up front and gave me a longer lead time to get started. He was able to get to us faster than the original long lead he stated. When we did speak, Tony was friendly and professional, but he wasn't always easy to get hold of. When we had some items that weren't quite right, he had gotten it taken care of, without excuses and it was resolved quickly (and for note, none of the items were big things, just smaller things, for example, missing to paint the inside of the door way (framing) on the garage. Also note, this review is being written around 2 years after all work was done. So my A on Quality is not right after work was done, but in a 2 year tried and tested time frame, in which the work still looks great overall, and no problems areas have arisen. I had a lot done, and they did it in a good amount of time in comparison to my neighbors and friends roofing people, and, taking into considering the current workload and simultaneous jobs they had going at the time. Each job I had done was a different crew. Some were Great (Team that did the Fence) and Some were, less than great (Team that did the roof, which was what was currently in high demand at the moment). I did look over materials that were used, and all was exactly what was stated up front, and was all the name-brand material, in case anyone is curious. He also did NOT charge extra for two color paint use (trim and siding varied). Warranties were all good and at least 5 years for lowest (fencing) and considerably longer (I think 20-25 for roof) for other items. Overall I would recommend to use, and I will probably use again myself. I would expect the experience to be a firewall 5 (All A's) when next I choose to use them, as it won't be during a time that everyone and their mother are getting the same type work done."

"Got estimates from several companies for either roof repair or replacement. One company said needed replaced and the others said repairs and roof has plenty of life. I chose A & K Roofing out of Conroe, not only because of great reviews. He called me after hours to discuss my needs, came out today with his crew. Repairs were started immediately by him and Juan and I'm a happy customer. If you need an honest roof person to take a look at your roof, give the Owner Todd a call. He doesn't have an office full of sales people to get your business for stuff you don't need. And it doesn't cost for an inspection. A roof tune up will go a long way!"

"Within 30 minutes of sending an email inquiry I received a phone call from Todd. Todd and Dan came out within 2 hours and gave me a estimate for damages and repairs needed. The next day Dan and Carl came out and did all of the necessary repairs to include working on the roof that was about 50 feet over Lake Conroe. The repairs included screwing down flashing, and building several end caps and roof caps with lots of caulking over screw heads and the caps. They showed up on time and with the necessary tools and product to complete the job. The job was finished within a few hours with the highest quality and observation. Carl looked over the entire roof for any signs of hidden damage. Dan and Carl were the most respectful individuals I have ever had to do repairs at my property. I highly recommend these gentlemen and their business for your roofing repairs. 😀👍"

"Very friendly people great professional repairs for a very affordable price. Highly recommend for any type of roof work."

"It rained for a week so repairs were postponed. As soon as rain stopped the repair was made in a timely and professional manner. 500"
