It's been almost 3 months since the installation, and we've had our share of high winds and storms, but things are looking good. Pricing was very reasonable (even better than local competitors), and DWM did not try to upsell us for things that we didn't need. They had an abundant and highly efficient crew, and the supervisors I worked with were extremely knowledgable when it came to answering any roofing questions I had. "We contacted Mid-Atlantic because we had some gutters that were beginning to detach from our house. We had had new gutters installed by another company (same basic design) over 10 years ago. We also had a sun-room added about 6 years ago, which had traditional gutters on it. Mid-Atlantic sent a representative out immediately, and he was able to survey our entire roof-line, identify problems and needed repairs, and give us an estimate on each portion of the proposed work.  He also gave us an estimate for cleaning all of the gutters on our home, explaining why washing them is essential to keeping them working effectively, and giving us instructions for cleaning them ourselves if we wanted to. In the end, we chose to have Mid-Atlantic do all of the work: repairs, new gutters, and cleaning. We felt that the price was extremely reasonable. Our rep arrived for the initial consult early, as did the work-crew on the day they were scheduled to complete the job. They were quick and professional, and cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend them, particularly to anyone who lives in a wooded area where debris can clog the gutters on a house. <br />"

"I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. "A roofer arrived at my place around 1pm (same day as my phone call). He examined the drywall and examined the roof. He quickly determined that what I was seeing was actually yellowed tape where pieces of drywall had been joined together showing through the less than adequate paint job. I'm sure he was right. The stain was a perfectly straight line and my original home renovator did a sloppy job. I was embarrassed that I had called him out, but he was very polite about it. Horizon Roofing is awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone!"
