He came out to the house and together we sketched out a plan for a paver patio and firepit. He then came back with his crew and completed the work in a single day, and we could not be more pleased with the finished product. He dug a solid foundation, leveled everything perfectly, and then laid a beautiful design. We've been using the firepit almost every night and it has held up wonderfully. "It went well. Price seemed reasonable, and work commenced only a few days after the first payment. The whole job took about a week. The large boulder proved difficult, but the workers managed to clear it with a jackhammer. A reasonable fee was negotiated for this. one week later, we had our new pool patio, wall, and steps. Our front roof downspout was re-routed around the pool and a U-drain was installed to direct runoff from the patio away from the house. Everything was done as agreed and Mr. Sheehan was very responsive."
