This will develop a trust bond with the customer so that when a more minor issue comes up the customer is more likely to call Oscar due to his honesty displayed earlier. Have been doing this work for over 30 years with experience in all areas of construction from plumbing, heating, electric and even tile work. We also do window work, exterior like vinyl siding/cement work and stone work as well. I do this work myself, with help of a couple employees when needed due to my meticulous and handy craftsmanship and constant need of getting the work done quickly without losing accuracy or workmanship.
