Didnâ  t even feel the need to get other estimates because I was so pleased with our first encounter. Had rather extensive work done which included waterproofing ,carbon fiber straps, jackhammering done for new drain system, new sump pump and liner and new outside window well installed with drain. Can not stress enough how happy we were from start to finish. Workers were on time and extremely courteous!!!! Very impressed with cleanup as well. No only final cleanup but each day as well. "Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
