"The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Tyco wasn’t the cheapest of my quotes but Tim Cole, who gave me my estimate was knowledgeable and gave me confidence that they were the best choice. My roof was started on one of those horrible hot humid days. The crew showed up and went right to work. My landscaping was covered the old roof off in 90 minutes and at 2:30 they were done, everything cleaned up, you would never know they were there except I now have a beautiful new roof. The gutter crew came a couple days later and now with rotted wood soffit and fascia replaced with new wood wrapped in aluminum and my new gutters, everything is beautiful and solid and I’m quite happy with the job."
