We needed a wooden section of fence, blown down by wind, belonging to our neighbor, replaced with Chain Link, on our side, that matched our fence. He came out and gave us a quote. He applied for our permit and Julie marked our utilities. He texted me once the permit was ready and the installers came out the next day. They removed an old stump from the fence path and installed the posts. They came back the following day and installed the Chain link and slats so it matched our existing fence. "I should have checked all these reviews before engaging them. Overall fencing was good but I was charged for branch removal from a tree even though their estimator told me that they will take care of everything. Moreover, they had cut two of my sprinkler pipes and did not even inform me about it. My garden was flooded in the morning as I had my sprinkler to run every day early in the morning. All that I was asking was to reimburse $200 paid to their crew to remove the branches but no they would not. So watch out for all the hooks and hidden costs. Not ethical"

We are a small business run by two partners, Chris Harris and Rob Burgert, who between them have over 40 years' experience in all types of remodeling, construction, and home maintenance and improvement. At times we do employ additional subcontractors depending on the size of the job and timeline. We provide free estimates and will also work on a time and materials basis at a fixed hourly billing rate. We take payment through PayPal, cash, or check currently. We plan to add credit card payment options in the future. We do not provide financing, but we will work with your financing company to help you secure your financing. \n \nOur process includes seeing your project in person to give you an accurate estimate, at which time we will measure, discuss materials, timing, and budget. We will then either give you an instant quote on the spot or provide a more detailed quote within a week depending on the scope of the work. We typically ask for a down payment before we start work which can be anywhere from 25% to 50% depending on the size of the job. For example, if we quote you a price of $2,000 for your project we will ask for $1,000 down. If the quote is for $10,000, we will ask for $2,500 down to start. Additional payouts will come at completion of specific stages. With smaller jobs under $500 we typically will ask for payment upon completion with a signed contract. Change orders are initiated by the customer and billed with the last payment. All change orders are approved and signed off by the homeowner before the additional work is incorporated into the project. \n \nFor homeowners who are not familiar with the remodeling process, we are happy to sit down and discuss all the steps involved and materials. We will even help the homeowner shop for finish goods like flooring and tile. For instance, some types of tile are preferred for some applications than others. We use our expertise to assist the homeowner with those choices.
