"I spoke with the representative on Wednesday or Thursday of the prior week.  I had measured the square footage of my beds; she helped me to calculate the cubic yards I would need.  She recommended 2" of coverage.  I ordered the dark natural wood mulch at $30 per cubic yard. Delivery costs are $60 per truck load (i live 11 miles away), but I received half off for ordering more than 5 cubic yards.   <br /> They only deliver Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  I paid over the phone for Monday delivery.  I think she would have scheduled Friday delivery for me, but I preferred Monday.  With chalk I marked a spot on my driveway where I wanted the mulch dumped. It was delivered between 10 and noon on Monday. <br />"

He is the designer and in charge of the 4 man crew we had.  He returned all my calls timely as well as a few emails we exchanged.</p> <p>He came out to give me the quote and as promised....emailed me all the details within 48 hours.  He came out the day of the job to walk thru everything with me to make sure it was all what I expected before the work was started. </p> <p> The job was completed in 1 day. The crew leader, Tracy, communicated his findings well and offered solution to complete the planned repair. This required several visits because of torrential rain during the repair. <br /> The job is complete now, but we are still waiting for next rain to judge success <br />"
