Roman came out to do the estimate and answered all my questions showed us our options and went though everything. We contacted him a few days later to set up the job and he was out to help us with some minor details. From the very beginning he showed wonderful customer service and he was definitely a customer advocate, which really sold me to go with Sunset Roofing. He had us on the schedule very quickly, and the entire process took less then 2 weeks from getting the estimate to having the roof replaced. We are so happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend them. When searching for a new roof I would definitely consider at least getting an estimate from Sunset Roofing. "These guys were amazing from start to finish! My salesperson John was great - I was ready to tell him I didn't want the hard sell and that I was getting several quotes, but there was no need; he was very easy to talk to, explained everything to my satisfaction, and answered all of my questions in a friendly and courteous manner. I kept in touch with John as I had to change my dates of availability and he answered me quickly and worked with me to find the right dates. My roof replacement was a big job - I needed a complete tear off of 3 layers including the original cedar. They estimated it would be a 2 day job. On the day they were to begin work, they were right on time and the first person I met was the owner Mike. I had a couple of requests, I asked Mike to text me when they were finished for the day so that I would know when myself and the dogs could come back for the evening, and most importantly that because I have 3 dogs I needed the back yard to be cleaned up of any nails and debris before they each day. Mike texted me on both days as they were leaving and I think my entire lawn was even cleaner that it was when they started! My new roof looks great and I could not be more pleased with the job they did!"

"I would like to recommend Stellar Roofing if you need a new roof. They did an excellent job putting on my new roof. Very nice installers to work with. They were done about 6.5 hours from removing the old roof to cleaning up. They did a great job cleaning up the debris around the house. The roofing specialist Justin Hammond was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy to get the sale and took the time to explain all my options in material and for cost. Being able to work with me on getting a discount to make it more affordable for me and being able while meeting with me to get me approved with a credit company so they can get me scheduled as soon as possible. I had wind damage that cause problem's of shingles missing and a 8 foot section of shingles that were lifted up. Justin also took the time out of his day to meet up with the insurance adjuster to be of any help with what happened to my roof. Justin also pushed my date of my roof being installed from three weeks out to one week because of his concern of the roof's condition because of all the rain we have been getting and didn't want me to have anymore problems. It was also a great experience to work with Jeff Hare the Project Manager to go over all the final details of the job and made sure I was happy with the final project. I will be looking to contact Stellar Roofing when I am ready to get new windows installed in the near future."

"Ray, the owner, showed up on time, and walked around with me to see what work needed to be done. He explained that he would pressure wash all of the surfaces before staining them. We discussed stain color and Ray recommended a solid stain instead of the semi transparent that was used previously. Ray showed up on time for the pressure washing and the staining. They were respectful of the property and very neat! The stain(Ray matched the color perfectly) looks fabulous. They did a great job, and I will use them for future projects. I'm glad to recommend them to anyone looking for quality painting at reasonable rates!"
