He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"

"Mr Moyer repaired a hole in a plaster ceiling for us caused by a water leak.  He gave us an accurate estimate and completed the work for that price. The ceiling is plaster and had areas where it was coming away from the lathe.  He was able to salvage much of the plaster and repair the hole using drywall, matching the original texture.  We were extremely happy with the work and the price.  We were so pleased that three weeks later when we had additional water damage to a second ceiling we immediately called him to do this repair.  He had his son and another worker do this job and we were just as happy with their work and the price for this second job.  This repair was a little more extensive and ran $225.00."

Jason, the owner of the company, called me back very promptly, but did tell me due to high demand he was not able to help me at that time. He has been in business for a long time, has a vast knowledge of all aspects of homes, and home repair. "This was my third move with Moving Ahead Services, and it went just as well as the first two moves. Each time I've used their services, the communication has been fantastic. It has been easy to contact them if I have any questions or concerns prior to the move. They call the day before to confirm things and see if you need any last minute boxes or other items. Luckily, they were able to bring a mattress bag for me when I realized I didn't have one. Each of the crews I've worked with have been polite, personable, and efficient. No items have ever been broken or damaged in the moves. They take care to wrap everything nicely and protect the items, but they do it very quickly. "Initial contact was great.  Although other proposals were lower in price, I opted for Fletcher's. After the project was completed and paid for, I found the response to phone calls disappointing or never returned.  A cap on one of the columns accumulated water and Correy advised that was normal. The other column cap did not have that issue.   In the spring of 2015 I contacted him again to advise it chipped. Eventually he stopped by to inspect; verified it needed to be replaced; and  eventually replaced (after I allowed a potential customer to look at my patio).  Soon after I called to request an estimate to replace landscape stone around two areas to match the paver patio but never received a call back.
