At Greenix Pest Control, we know that effective pest control is a process, not a one-time fix.
"A technician from Greenix was very rough with my property, and I have video evidence showing them breaking my gate. This started a claims process back in September that has now stretched over several months. Iâ ve been through countless calls with agents and supervisors who, while polite, are unable to reach or even communicate with their own claims department. Recently, my claim was finally â resolved,â with Greenix denying liability for the damage. The claims representative argued that the technician wasnâ t even at my property that day, only driving past itâ despite their own customer service verifying the exact timestamp of the service call from start to finish. The entire experience has been absurd. Adding to my frustration, when I told them I wanted to make sure my service agreement didnâ t auto-renew due to this ordeal, they informed me that they couldnâ t stop the auto-renewal at that moment. I was told Iâ d need to call back on March 5th to cancel or pay a $230 cancellation fee, even though my remaining services would only cost around $90. It wasnâ t until I threatened small claims court that they finally agreed to cancel my policy. Iâ m now free from Greenix, but I would urge anyone to beware. Their policies and claims processes are not consumer-friendly, and if anything goes wrong, itâ s like talking to a wall. It should never be this difficult to cancel a policy or resolve an issue. Proceed with caution."

Unlike many pest companies we're not going to make you sign a year long contract! We don't to service agreements of any sort; we are a one time treatment service. We are family owned & operated. Cost is determined by the job. Phone is the best way to reach us so please don't hesitate to give us a call!!! Additional contact names - Robert Eunice, Pat Keaton, John Eunice. We also do V.A. termite inspections and treatment.
"A great experience. I was able to call and get in touch with Bob immediately and schedule an appointment within a day or two. John came out and solved the issue. He also used a less hazardous product to achieve the goal which we appreciated. John explained everything and yes - they are definitely not out to sell you more services than needed like other companies sometimes do. Very pleased with service. Will definitely use again."

Professional treatments provide substantial population reduction when properly timed and applied. Success rates improve with comprehensive approaches that combine targeted sprays with systemic treatments. Certified professionals can assess property-specific factors and customize treatment protocols accordingly.
Most properties see significant improvement after properly sequenced applications, though complete eradication may require ongoing management in heavily infested regions.
Key indicators include sticky residue (honeydew) on plant surfaces, sooty mold growth on leaves, egg masses appearing as grayish-brown patches on trees, and the presence of the insects themselves. Young nymphs appear black with white spots, while older nymphs develop red patches. Adult lanternflies have distinctive spotted forewings and bright red hindwings. Tree health decline, including wilting or stunted growth, may also signal an established infestation.
When applied according to manufacturer specifications, professional treatments pose minimal risk to plant health. Certified applicators select appropriate formulations and concentrations based on plant species, condition, and environmental factors. They calibrate application equipment to deliver precise amounts of product where needed. Potential risks primarily arise from improper application techniques or using products not specifically labeled for ornamental plant use.
Treating a spotted lanternfly infestation is rarely a one-time cost. Comprehensive management often requires multiple interventions throughout the year as these insects progress through different life stages. A single treatment may provide temporary relief, but it won't prevent future generations from developing.
Effective programs often include treatments targeting emerging nymphs in spring, adults during summer, and egg masses in fall/winter. Establishing an ongoing monitoring and treatment schedule provides the most reliable protection.
Treatment timing should align with the insect's life cycle stages. Early spring applications target newly hatching nymphs before they can mature and reproduce. Mid-summer treatments address adult populations before egg-laying begins. The specific calendar timing varies by region and seasonal weather patterns. Professional pest managers monitor local population development and time applications accordingly for maximum effectiveness.
