He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"

This went on for a couple of months. I saw this company advertised on HomeAdvisor, called them one day, and they were here the next day. The crew was professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job for a fair price. They had time left before Jim Cole, the mgr. returned to do a final inspection.. In that time they repaired my front screen door for no extra charge. If you are looking for reliability and professionally completed work, you could do no better than to hire this company. "Mr Moyer repaired a hole in a plaster ceiling for us caused by a water leak.  He gave us an accurate estimate and completed the work for that price. The ceiling is plaster and had areas where it was coming away from the lathe.  He was able to salvage much of the plaster and repair the hole using drywall, matching the original texture.  We were extremely happy with the work and the price.  We were so pleased that three weeks later when we had additional water damage to a second ceiling we immediately called him to do this repair.  He had his son and another worker do this job and we were just as happy with their work and the price for this second job.  This repair was a little more extensive and ran $225.00."

"It has been a long time since I needed a moving company and I was in a desperate situation to get moved. I went with this company on recommendation of my realtor, I filled out the inventory list on line, submitted and waited for them to give me an estimate. The woman from the office called me very quickly and gave me an estimate of between $900-$1200 we also were able to schedule for the following week. A few days before the move, I got a call to verify everything was ready and I let the gentleman know I was but actually had more boxes then originally thought, he said that was no problem. The day of the move, Thomas, Jarred and Travis arrived in the scheduled time frame and were able to get things in the truck very quickly. I was quite impressed as I was worried about the whole process. When we got to the new place they put down the carpet guard I had ordered and got the stuff in to the right rooms very quickly taking great care not to scuff or bang walls. They were so efficient that when they were done and I had to pay I ended up paying slightly less than the estimate. I would definitely recommend this company and these guys to anyone."

"Initial contact was great.  Although other proposals were lower in price, I opted for Fletcher's. After the project was completed and paid for, I found the response to phone calls disappointing or never returned.  A cap on one of the columns accumulated water and Correy advised that was normal. The other column cap did not have that issue.   In the spring of 2015 I contacted him again to advise it chipped. Eventually he stopped by to inspect; verified it needed to be replaced; and  eventually replaced (after I allowed a potential customer to look at my patio).  Soon after I called to request an estimate to replace landscape stone around two areas to match the paver patio but never received a call back.

"I called to see if someone could help me find the source of water coming in on my second floor. I am suspicious it is a stucco issue. Jason, the owner of the company, called me back very promptly, but did tell me due to high demand he was not able to help me at that time. I ended up talking with him for probably 20 minutes talking through possibilities and recommendations on what to do. He has been in business for a long time, has a vast knowledge of all aspects of homes, and home repair. I can say one thing, he definitely knows what he's doing, and gave me a lot of advice that will help me make sure I get my water problem fixed, and fixed correctly without shortcuts. This will be the first place I call anytime I need work done in the future. From windows, to roofs, to just about anything. I really appreciated his patience and answering all my questions."

"First of all, I want to say that Jim the owner did not do the work. It was wood refinishing, not painting. Jim has a different person do the wood related work. When I met with Jim for the estimate he was pleasant and professional, the wood guy however, was late. Despite having an estimate that was twice as high as the other estimate I had gotten, I hired them (I could not get a certificate of insurance from the other guy). He was supposed to start work on a Saturday. I knew that they needed to match the stain of my existing woodwork and would need time to do this, so I offered a piece of my woodwork to them several days ahead of time. They did not take me up on my offer. On Saturday, he took the wood to the paint store but they did not match it until late that afternoon. Thus, no work was done on Saturday. He acted surprised that it took so long to match the stain (so I could anticipate this but the professional could not?!). On Sunday he showed up late (he called first, but he should have known that the paint store did not open until 10) however he had forgotten some of his materials and had to wait for someone to bring them. On Monday he showed up late (again, he called to let us know). The work he did looks fine except that he forgot to refinish a section of one step. After I contacted him he said he would come back but did not. A week later I still had not heard from him or Jim so I did it myself. While doing this I also noticed that he did not tape off the white railings on my stairs so that there is a bit of stain on the white on many of them ( I seem to recall him telling me at the estimate that he would tape them). Not a huge deal but I kind of expected more attention to detail. Overall, I am happy with how my stairs look and he was a very nice person. His tardiness did not add any days to the project but was annoying."

"Ron did an excellent job, He was very conscientious about every little detail. He had to fix many issues the seller had made when flipping the property. He was friendly and professional explaining everything. Although we had originally planned on just the walls being painted when he was done it brought out even more imperfections the seller has made and he graciously offered to stay and complete the other items with minimal increase in fee. I would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends"

"Best experience EVER! Bernie got here right on time, brought all necessary tools, even brought his own padded blanket to lay on the floor while working on fan. He was here about 45 minutes and found it was a vibration caused by not having the blower motor physically "fixed" to the metal base. Sliding the motor forward under the fire box and adding a couple pieces of two-sided velcro fixed everything! We also talked about possibly adding a second switch to control the fan instead of it being regulated by the fireplace. But after thinking about it we decided it wasn't a good idea to bypass the regulator. Anyway, after all his time, he gathered up his tools and was ready to leave. I asked how much I owed him and he said. "Nothing, because I learned a little today." He literally wouldn't let me give him anything! What a great guy! We got the fireplace fixed, everyone will be happy, and it didn't cast me a thing. We have a new handyman for all our future needs. And we'll refer him to all others."
