"I spoke with Randy over the phone and he came out the next day to give me a quote. The project was challenging as there were french drains and irrigation pipes to avoid while providing sufficient support for large gates. The gates over the grass had to open more than 90 degrees to clear the grass edges for edging. Randy sketched drawings and I accepted his quote. He provided CAD drawings the next day. His fabricator, James, came out later to double check some measurements and review the site to assure everything would be perfect. He and his helper installed the fence and gates about four weeks later. It was delayed a week due to rain. It came out beautifully. It not only looks great, but it functions even better than we had hoped. James spent hours on the installation making sure it was perfect. The recent rains made the area muddy, but he and his helper did a great job cleaning up. We are very pleased."

"Contacted Stellar Construction to replace original decking with a two tier deck with cover and a patio. Micah was very responsive, walked me through several options and we decided on the overall design and layout. First came the demolition of the old decking, then the patio and finally got to the deck. There was some extensive rot around the window and door leading to the deck, so after a quick consult the Stellar crew pulled out the rot, fixed that side or the house and then installed the decking. Keep in mind this is the middle of winter and they are working in the rain and at one point snow. Extremely pleased with the final outcome and have already BBQ'ed twice (in February). The Stellar crew were all friendly and pleasant to interact with. I work at home, so it was nice to see them everyday and watch the process. Highly recommended."

"Excellent. Steve and Sandy maintained prompt phone and email contact as we settled on the scope of work. Steve visited the house a couple of times to estimate and plan the work, and was always considerate of our schedule and keeping punctual appointments. "David did a great job.  I thought we had a problem with our Master Spring but he determined that the spring was fine and did not need to be replaced. He suggested some maintenance work be done. He moved and lubed   a couple of roller mounts,  secured the garage door motor more securely, added rubber padding to the bottom of the door on both sides to make it seal properly and adjusted the tension on the spring to make the door move up and down more easily. Took about an hour and well worth it."
