"I had a roof leak from somewhere on the 2nd floor that poured into my kitchen window (and hardwood floors) when there was a recent heavy rain. I selected Thomas Humphries of Dr. Roofs due to his great reviews on Angie's List. Thomas answered my call immediately and he was able to schedule to come out within 2 days. He first caulked some places that could have been the source of the issue. Then he performed a water test by getting my hose and simulating a downpour. He then saw the general location of where additional water could come in even though there was no visual sign of an issue. Thomas came the following day with the material he needed to fix the issue and did in a few minutes. He felt confident that would take care of the issue. Sure enough, a few days later there was a tremendous downpour and NO WATER inside the house. What a relief! I would definitely use him again and recommend him based on my experience."

They gave us a competative quote and the work was done well and on time. Last weekend during a "1000 Year" rain we had a small leak near our chimney. Burgin sent someone out within a couple of days. He inspected our whole roof and resealed the chimney flashing at no charge. He noted our chimney cap is in poor shape and recommended we call a reputable chimney sweep to have it replaced.
