He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "We just had a re-roof job completed by Xterior PRO. There were two layers of shingles. Although we didn't have leaking problems, the shingles were probably more than 25 years old and some were being blown off by storms, so we didn't want to wait for any leaks before re-roofing. The estimate provide by Xterior PRO was one of the lowest I received, but the quality was excellent. They even installed a very rugged flashing along our chimney that required cutting notches in the bricks; and this was included at no additional cost. A new attic vent was also installed, also at no additional cost! The only additional cost was a minor charge for replacing a few sheets of plywood. Our neighbors had another company re-roof their homes for a much higher price, for less roof area. I highly recommend Xterior PRO based on my experience with them, and will seek additional work from them in the future, since they also install siding and gutters."
