"If I could give A+ for each category, I would. MJA was highly recommended to me by a neighbor. I thank this woman every time I see her. Manuel, the owner of MJA, is one of the last of a breed of honest and conscientious contractors. His quote for a complete roof replacement was very, and I mean VERY reasonable. The work was done quickly and efficiently by a polite and hard working crew who left my property neat and tidy at the end of each working day. Even though he was managing several projects at the time, Manuel was on the site every day and working right beside his men. Our roof was extremely old, so there were a few surprises that added to the budget, but Manuel alerted us immediately and thought out of the box to give us the most cost-effective solutions. The final cost was still less than competitors' initial estimates. Don't hesitate to use this company. You will be in good, dependable, and trustworthy hands."

"David was really easy to work with and very professional. Knows roofing, was very confident even with our complicated Mansard roof, and did an amazing job. Also had gutter and soffitt issues that he dealt with easily. Would definitely recommend (already have in fact)."

"They were the only local firm that knew I needed a permit for the roof to be replaced and how the process worked. (All of the other local firms told me that no permit was required.) The quality of work was decent (even though nail guns were used). The job was completed in one day (18.5 squares with a tear off and decking repair). The cost for the roof replacement project was double the national average. The only real issue that we ran into was in the cleanup phase. During the tear off phase, the crew dumped the old roofing materials onto tarps on the ground. Some of these materials missed the tarps and others were carried by the wind. When the crew said they were done with the job and left, they had not cleaned up the yard properly and swept the property for nails and staples. Management had the crew return to the property to do a proper cleanup within a few hours of learning of the issue. If you want a good quality roof replacement, I recommend them (as a former roofer). These people were clearly better than all of the others than I spoke with about this project and obtained bids from. (This firm definitely will not be the lowest bid and they will not be the highest either.)"

"It was a pleasure working with INEX Home Builders for my cedar siding repair project on my chimney chase. I contacted Ron to come out and look at a repair needed for the trim and cedar siding on one corner of my chimney chase. He had clear communication of when he could come and take a look. Upon looking at the damage, he assessed that he could repair it and walked through the details of what would be done. He gave a fair estimate and when he would be able to come work on it. Ron followed up and arrived to do the job as agreed to. His work shows attention to detail and professionalism."

"angelo -very nice guy -had a better idea than mine but i am not ready for his price, i typically get 3 bids to decide -so lets see the results."

"Roof replacement and quote was very specific. Happy with end results!"

"We started with half roof. I wanted to see what I am getting. When the job was done I looked at the new half roof and immediately signed the contract for the second half. They were very professional and did a excellent job with my roof installation. Their techs were well prepared and were very knowledgeable with the installation. Of course that the second half was also done quickly and in a professional way. Now my home is nicer and dryer. I would call again for any roofing needs and definitely recommend. ð"

"Repaired the seals around two skylights"
