"Water backing up from sump pump in basement into bathroom sink pipe. Pipes snaked by said company. Told me sump pump too strong for pipes. I purchased new sump pump with less horse power. Problem still present today. Collecting water in bucket from sink pipe. I have been talking to manager of company since last Thursday. Someone is supposed to come back today. They have been very busy I am told. $350 check has been cashed as I approved because they were here last week on first visit for 2 hours and they snaked the line,but the problem still exists. Waiting for a re-evaluation today as promised."

"This gentleman is a certified master plumber. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called him at about 1:30 pm and he was at our house by 5:00 pm replacing our sump pump. Not only did he complete the work as required, he made some suggestions that should end up lengthening the service of the new sump pump (which was a better pump than that replaced). He even made a side trip to pick up some supplies from Home Depot (at his own expense) that would lenghthen the service of the pump. He was pleasant, efficient, and truly cared about his craft.
