"Everything went remarkably fast. I needed to get my roof repaired, as there was considerable heat and water damage--which was shown through detailed photographs. All the details were carefully explained to me. I was kept up to date via email and texting. The crew arrived promptly, a short time before the supervisor arrived, and immediately began unpacking their materials and tools. They were already underway when the supervisor arrived. They had to pause for a time because of rain, but got right back to work when it cleared. I was sent pictures of the progress during the day via text. I arrived home after dark, and they were busy doing the final cleanup, so I parked in my neighbor's drive.
