They spent a good amount of time protecting the floors and furniture. Mostly importantly, the end result was just beautiful. My house was built in the 20's so not many lines are straight or plumb which makes things a little more challenging. "Could not be happier! Our experience with Assurance was extremely positive. We had our home painted about 5 years ago,by some hack, and didn't want to make that mistake again. This time we were extra careful. We got 5 quotes, and only one company seemed capable enough to handle our job. Cisco, the owner, called me right after my inquiry. He was available immediately and came to give the estimate within the hour. When he arrived, I was impressed by his professionalism and how knowledgeable he was. He explained every detail and offered up ideas that we hadn't even thought of. Him being our first estimate, I was slightly bummed because I immediately wanted to go with him, but HAD to do my due diligence because of how we got burned the last time. The other companies did their best but weren't as enthusiastic or thorough as Cisco had been. My initial hunch was on the money. Speaking of money, they brought a very fair price and very detailed contract. The project was estimated to take 7 business days (because of the complexity of the project), and that is exactly how long it took. The most impressive part of our experience was the crew and the detail they took to make sure that it was done properly. Johnny was the crew leader and he was respectful, knowledgeable, and very communicative every step of the way.
