"Josh made an emergency call last week when our opener had been pulled out of the ceiling by the door. He said he could make the repair, but pointed out as he had in the past that the door was way too heavy, too much work for the opener, and the reason it pulled the opener out from the ceiling. He warned us that it would be a recurring problem. He explained the benefits of a new door in case we chose to go that route. He said he would apply our emergency repair charge to the replacement job if we wanted the new door instead. We decided that it made good sense to go ahead. He did the work today, as promised, did a great job, cleaned up everything, and was a pleasure to deal with, would call him again! I was surprised to notice the notes on his site here placed there by Angie's List, and found out that Josh's business had burned to the ground around the time Angie's made those notes.
