They arrived at the agreed time and was very nice. It was the owner and his son that did my cleaning. I had a couple other companies shampoo in the past, trying to get some pet stains and odor up. He also replaced some rollers and greased the entire door. I needed a new weather strip and requested a quote for him to come back to he wouldn't have to do the work on a Sunday night. "I'm not sure if we got lost in the cracks, but it has ruined my faith in a company's abilities when they can't even keep an estimate appointment. Or at the very least, give a phone call to let us know that they need to reschedule. We tried calling them several times and no one answered the phone. I had to call several times just to actually reach a human being to make the appointment in the first place.

Update: I'm upgrading the scores to a C because Dennis contacted us the next morning and came by that evening at 5 to do the estimate. We still haven't had any work performed yet but at least he followed up professionally and in a timely manner.

Update again: I'm upgrading the scores one more time to a B because Dennis has returned again with a plumber to check out the possible leak that we have. He and the plumber were both on time and they were both very professional. It seems that his initial no show was just one of those things that sometimes happens in life. We are going to have them perform a grout resealing and touchup in our shower in hopes that it will stop the slow leak that is currently plaguing us there."
