"Oh gosh, where to even begin. - 1 disabled spouse - 2 service dogs (a shepherd and a lab) - 3 hella neurodivergent family members Depending on my energy and my work travel schedule our house is usually somewhere between "barely contained chaos" and "how do you live like this?!?" When a (lovingly concerned) family member offered to pay for cleaning, I swallowed my pride and looked for somewhere with good reviews that would hopefully be kind. Michele put me at ease from the very first meeting where she provided her estimate. I was terrified of being judged but she was both consummately professional and warmly understanding. Life happens to all of us and it's easy to get behind on... everything. When her team came to clean today I was working from home and it was like walking onto the set of a Disney film. Hair and dust and dirt were all whisked into the trash and every single surface was left SPARKLING. I don't think the house has ever been this clean and I plan to savor it."
