Get matched with top post construction clean up pros in Newport Coast, CA

"Emilio is professional and thorough. He was able to make time on the same day before the busy Christmas season. His team knows how to ensure a first class clean house and not mediocre work as most companies send one person who can only cover so much. People do better when they have a team to encourage each other to step up their game. I was given a reasonable rate initially and then given an even better price for a regular 2 week upkeep."

"very detailed oriented. good cleanup. friendly staff."

"As others have pointed out, the owners of this business were right on in terms of response and follow-up at all three phases of the project, prior, during and at completion. I had remodeled a property. The job required post construction cleaning of the entire premise. They sent in both a window and an interior cleaning crew. 5 stars for both teams. Job started on-time, completed on-time and on budget. The few items the crews missed, the crew supervisor came in and caught when she did her final walk through. I referred them to my realtor which I would not have done if I didn't think they excelled. Great job ETHI!"

"Reliable and amazing cleaning every time. Highly recommend"

"It was a very efficient experience. The men were kind and helpful. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thumbs up. Thanks you guys."

"The two service providers did a thorough job. They deep cleaned every room in the house."

"Communicative and completed on time. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. More improvement projects in the future."

"Cesar and the crew showed up early to our scheduled time and were incredibly kind, professional, and thorough! It was a move-in clean request for a sizeable home, and the space felt so clean and fresh by the time they finished up! I highly recommend them and would definitely hire Rio Maid again."

"Marisol and her crew were diligent and hardworking. Our home feels new again. She showed up on time and stuck with the agreed price, even though, I think spent more time than she anticipated cleaning the house, because of our varnished, doors, cabinets, and baseboards. We will use M-N-M again and highly recommend that you use her as well."

"They are excellent. Been cleaning our place for 6+years. They include my sliding doors (awesome bc I have 3). Several of our friends have housekeepers, but none as good as Emis & Eduardo. Also, none who haven’t fired many. I’ve never felt this need. They are always on time and thorough. Rarely they’ve asked to change my standing time, but it’s usually for a new client or someone high maintenance (hello Orange County) Love them. 6 years! Just hire them, you will be happy."
