"Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. "We found Robert on Angie's list. He was the first contractor to respond to my calls and came out for to give us a quote within a day or two. We really liked his professionalism and personality. So when we received his quote within about 48 hours, we decided to hire him even before the next contractor came to do a quote. Robert came right on time every day. He works alone. He is organized, neat and he cleaned up at the end of each day. He is very detail oriented and he did a great job. When he hung the new cabinet doors he noticed a defect on the surface of one of the doors. I am not sure that my wife or I would have noticed it or even thought it was a problem, but Robert pointed it out to us and said it was not acceptable. He promised to replace the door and explained that it would take a few weeks because it needed to be reordered and then finished. Anyway, Robert came today and replaced the door. "From my first call to the end of the project Jon was fantastic! He answered all my questions about his process. One concern he had was the health of my pets. He made sure I knew that the smell would be bad for them when applying the finish so I could put them in another part of the house. He was a perfectionist, AND he finished the job in a week. I knew my cabinets were nice cherrywood, but they had looked so bad until Jon transformed them! I will also add before and after pics below."
